I’m a mom from Verona, New Jersey, and I’ve always been the creative kind of person who loves to make things. If there’s an idea in my head, I’m happiest figuring out how to turn it into something real.
Then I became a mom.

I have one daughter, Lyanna, and like every parent, I noticed how quickly everything changes. One day you’re brushing their hair the same way every morning, and the next… it’s different. Their face shifts just enough that you realize a stage has quietly passed.
I started Just a Memento because I wanted a simple way to hold onto who she was right then — not in a big, formal, “save this forever” kind of way, but in a small, meaningful one.

These silhouettes aren’t meant to be fancy or precious. They’re just little reminders. A profile. A shape. Just a moment you don’t want to forget.
What started as a creative project for my own family became something I wanted to share with other parents (and pet parents, too).
Because sometimes you don’t need an heirloom — you just need a moment you can come back to.
